You can send us your photographs and the price you wish to achieve, together with the Tapu and FULL description of the property and if we feel it is marketable at your asking price, we will include this on our web site Free of charge. This way it will go side by side with other properties in the area.

Alternatively we can survey the property, and prepare a full PDF brochure, normally about 8-10 pages, and we will then forward this brochure to ALL our agents who will market it for you through their client data base, which is in excess of 100,000 qualified possible purchasers. On top of this your property would be permanently shown on 15 plus portals, including Prime Location, Find a Property, Right Move etc, giving your property an exposure to over 1 Million extra potential purchasers. You would also receive this PDF to distribute to whichever agents you wish, with no contractual liability to ourselves. This is a very professional way to go about moving your property in a difficult economic climate. There is a charge for this service of £450.00 plus VAT (OR €530 euros payable in Turkey) but we feel it is the most effective way.
If we sell the property for you we refund the fee, however if it is sold by another agent, the fee is non refundable.
